Poway Surgery Center does NOT provide important insurance information prior to surgery to the patient, thereby turning patient into unwilling victim. Multiple calls to center are useless as their administrative staff have NO interest in providing any type of customer service whatsoever.
My 5 year old had surgery and we had a great experience! Everyone was so sweet, attentive and thorough to our sweet girl!!
Convenient location but very unhappy with knee surgery. Pain, popping & weakness even after months of rehab. If you are considering surgery here, please get a 2nd opinion.
