Don’t let all the good reviews to fool you here, I’ve had nothing but bad experience. As a business man I know how making money and keeping your business profitable is a key to success but not by all means and definitely not when it comes to animals who can’t speak for themselves. I love my dogs to death and take care of them like they are two little baby humans and give them nothing but the best. Dr.W will Lie about medical records will try to press you to buy every product known to man and they think $500 is a discount for a teeth cleaning. The Supporting staff of this doctor is great .Dr W will over Charge you for Shots, Meds, Don’t look to get your reimbursement from your insurance he will lie about medical documents be very very cautious and careful of Dr. W

We apologize that you had a bad experience with our practice. Because this was a pre-existing condition and the dental cleaning was declined by you in the past, your insurance would not cover this. We strive for transparency and always recommend what is in the best interest of your fur baby.
They are caring, helpful, professional and honest. The facility is beautiful and clean.

They show alot of care and compassion for your pets.
Dr. Deans and the staff take really good care of our dog and always take the time to answer any questions! It is nice that they are taking extra precautions to keep everyone safe due to COVID-19. I met the staff at the front door to drop off my dog and easily picked up my dog at the side door.
Friendly, caring staff. Always willing to help —a very well run practice. Dr. Walcoff is a smart and caring Veterinarian who takes the time to explore issues and care for my dogs.
Everyone is very nice and do a good job in taking care of my pet!
