I feel guilty giving them 1 star. I don't want to give anyone the impression that they deserve even 1 star !!! Needed a new bumper for car. The estimate was a little more than $1,600 for the job. 3 days after dropping off my car, I called for an update. They said they couldn't find a bumper for my car and wanted my permission to try and melt it back in shape.
