Horrible customer service
The lady and man at the front desk are slow. The providers are also terrible if you want help get referrals for off post. healthcare is questionable here.
They literally took my sick hall paper and sat it to the side without telling me mind you I’m one of the first people to walk in sick hall I sat there for 2 hours just for them to come tell me they are going to see me at my appointment later in the day after almost seeing everybody in the waiting room the communication here is terrible and everybody half ass does their job
