i was supposed to purchase a truck from them tomorrow and i accepted the buyers order, last minute they would not sell me the truck unless i financed it with them, i already had financing! and had agreed to everything. the financing has made them greedy and i lost a truck i really wanted. i highly recommend not using this company as they are liars and excessively greedy. I have contacted Chrysler corp and the US govt and hope the dealer gets what they deserve!

Service department too overwhelmed and not efficient with the work. Took vehicle in for oil change and battery test. Oil change is first come first serve. 1030 check in for oil change. Waiting in lobby still haven't moved car in the bay at 1130. Checked with attendant who said " because your battery is still under warranty we have to do a full diagnostic that takes 2-3 hours and maybe four if you have the stop and go feature. Lied on the credit app. Lied about income (being the fact I didn’t have any type of income at the time )They lied to the bank about optional equipment on the vehicle I was purchasing to the bank I did some research they are crooks and also breaking laws. The authorities have been contacted
