Service department too overwhelmed and not efficient with the work. Took vehicle in for oil change and battery test. Oil change is first come first serve. 1030 check in for oil change. Waiting in lobby still haven't moved car in the bay at 1130. Checked with attendant who said " because your battery is still under warranty we have to do a full diagnostic that takes 2-3 hours and maybe four if you have the stop and go feature.
