Poor quality of service, wanted to buy tires . I requested a quote at the beginning when I brought in my vehicle for an oil change and health check up. Very very slow service took 2.5hrs. At the end of my service I was told that we have no time to give you a tire quote. I had just recently moved to Cambridge and was thinking of becoming a regular costumer, but I changed my mind after the way I was treated. Will not come again to the Cambridge location.
Josi was the only kind person who offered any help, along with her coworker beside her. Unfortunately, I also had to deal with a couple of rude men. My son and I had planned to return tonight to purchase two more trucks before the deal ends on September 30th, but after this experience, that won’t be happening.
I’ve never been a fan of visiting dealerships for buying or servicing a vehicle due to a bad experience many years ago. But Bennett has completely changed my perception of what a car dealership can be.
