Just to set the tone for my situation, my car was totaled, I was paying out of pocket for a rental three weeks and counting, I was in need of a vehicle and quickly. I purchased 2 used vehicles (trade-ins) from the previous owner of this establishment over the last 20+ years (Ebersole). I had those vehicles serviced religiously there during all of this time which should give some indication of my satisfaction with their service department given the fact that I drove past 3 other Buick dealerships to get there.
