Apartments are alright. For the price you'd hope them to be in better condition. Management is abysmal. I was never given a key to my mailbox in the two years I lived there. They fined me $300 for my first two months because their autopay system didn't work and they new it, but still fined me. The carpet, flooring, bathroom ceiling, etc were worn, damaged, etc. I finally escaped the apartment life and now have moved into my first house, but soon after I was charged $750 for "carpet cleaning and patching". I have lived in apartments before and I've never had this good of an experience. Management is great and responses in a timely manner. The maintenance crew responds in a timely manner and is trustworthy. Chaim on the maintenance crew found my lost credit card and got it back to me. Great to live in a community where people watch out for each other and are good neighbors! Highly recommend this community of apartments 🙂

Updating initial review. Aside from some weekend noise, the place appears to be fairly calm most of the time. While the construction does not dampen noise much, the inside of the unit is good for the price and there have been obvious renovations done recently. And a "thank-you" to Morgan, who has been helpful.

Could be a very nice place. However the crew in unit 95 runs their stereo, bass heavy, a lot, day and night. Seems to be party central. If you are looking for a peaceful living experience this isn’t it. Have asked if a quieter unit is available. Let’s see how management responds.
