I can't imagine selling our historic home without Bennet Phillips. His knowledge of architecture, fine craftsmanship, and of course the entire selling process was incredibly helpful. He managed multiple showings while being considerate of our pets and time, he was always available to answer questions, and addressed perspective buyers needs in a timely manner. He is a great negotiator, and he made the entire selling process run quite smoothly. We highly recommend Bennet. He also found our new home for us!

We got very lucky when we met Bennet, out of a whim we walking into his office. Bennet helped us find the perfect piece of property, he gave us great advise and even showed up to the closing when he didn't have to. He was very knowledgeable about the area and recommended local architects. We are from Charlotte, NC and we love Asheville and we are thrilled to get started on building our second home, thanks to Bennet!
