I cannot speak highly enough of the experience my partner and I had working with LA on our first home purchase. We have used La both of our home purchases in Baltimore. The first time, We went into the home buying process with very specific requests that required quite a bit of work on La's part and a lot of responsiveness. He really did a lot of work to stay within our budget, requests, and housing requirements. My husband previously bought a house with La, and I am beyond grateful that we went back to La when purchasing our family home! We are currently in the process of becoming foster parents and La was able to support us in finding a home, but also able to give us some tips and tricks to ensure it was exactly the right fit (for us and child services). Throughout the process La was extremely attentive and thoughtful. I recommended La to anyone looking to buy a house or sell a home in Baltimore.
La is incredible! If we hadn’t moved out of state he would have been our realtor for life! He helped us sell our first home and made it a seamless process!
