I went to try this restaurant today with high hopes, but the entire experience was ruined by one server's attitude. When I ordered, I asked a few questions about the steak and made some normal requests (like doneness or sides). That's pretty standard when dining out, but the server was visibly impatient. I had an excellent meal here. I ordered the Brisket Melt with potato salad, and it was outstanding. The potato salad was mayo-based, and the coleslaw was a crisp, vinegar-based version. My friend tried the Gonzo sandwich, which was equally delicious. Both featured lean, perfectly seasoned cuts of meat served on fresh, flavorful bread with a pickle on the side. We also tried the unique chocolate seltzer water, which was a standout. Highly recommended — we will definitely be back!
