I would give zero stars if possible. This car deal has been a nightmare. Car shipped to the wrong state, no temp tag, and it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone to call back. Originally bought at Orlando, extra insurance products were added to the contract when I have texts showing we didn’t want them. RUN away from this dealership.
Stay away from this dealer, horrible communicatiin and shady business practices
I would just like to say that Mike did a great job looking for a car for me when I called. He sent me pictures of the car and everything went smoothly when I went over to finalize the paperwork. I only give a 4-star because their card don’t have any floor mats. I bought a Tesla and it did not come with floor mats nor the level-1 charger that usually come with the car. Found out that their detail guys take those to sell on the internet. Otherwise, everything else was perfect
Alex is a great salesman! He works really well with you, very reasonable and considering. The whole works with you to have the best outcome.
