I needed a "RUSH" job on my baseball uniform shirt as I needed a patch to be sewn on for a tournament the next day and offered to pay a "rush" fee. The front desk employee was very pleasant and accommodating, they did a thorough professional job on the patch I wanted on and fixed the one I did by hand on the other sleeve. I highly recommend this tailor shop from the aspect of very friendly personnel to outstanding service, even in a pinch!
It was a pleasure speaking with the owner and therefore I revised my review...The seamstresses are great! I'm a customer who is there every month (sometimes more) for years and will continue to patronize Benjamins

I have been going here for years (Erica was fabulous and I wish I knew where she went) but with my last dress they lost a customer. I believe I was charged for a double layer when there was not one and my pleats were half done and looked bad. I pointed out the problem, then came back and hour later and it was the same problem. If you're going to overcharge me, at least get it right.

Over the years, I've tried a few different places, but Benjamin's was the first to get it right - the first time. I've had a few pairs of slacks and a suit tailored for the perfect fit. I love the service I get from the staff here. The team is highly skilled in what they do and super easy to work with. I'm able to explain what I want done, know that they've pinned me correctly, and trust that when I pick up my clothes I won't have any issues. I will never go anywhere else.
Benjamin's provides all of our window treatments and has done our beautiful wood shutters in the dining room. They have always done a great and proficient job. Cafe Maxx highly recommends their service!!
