Never go to see this psychiatrist, because you’ll never get an ACTUAL appointment with them. They are somewhere in California attempting to practice here in Houston. Their number doesn’t match what is on their website and the real breaking point with this doctor was when they tried to tell me that I needed a prior authorization from my doctor. I’ve been a patient here for the last 6 years. This used to be a great facility, until they were bought out sometime in 2021. With the buyout—all the previous staff were replaced and it was like going to a completely different office. These new folks are unprofessional. They don’t keep important information up to date in their systems, communication across their team is nonexistent—I always have to repeat the same information multiple times, I get several calls from varying phone numbers identifying as BBHS, they’ve tried to... read more

Seriously can never get a hold of a single person. How can you run a place that "cares" about mental health, but you can't even get their appointments scheduled, return phone calls after 4-5 days, refill prescriptions, or anything that would show that you actually "care" about your patients? I'm going to begin looking for a new place asap. This is ridiculous.
They never answer. They never know what’s going on. They are terrible.
