Dr. Z is awesome. I had a really bad torn labrum and needed 2 bone grafts as well because I neglected doing anything about it for so long. He knocked my surgery out of the ballpark and my recovery has been going well. It was funny because when I came out of anesthesia I asked to talk to him, did talk to him, then immediately forgot I talked to him and asked to talk to him again. Had a shoulder replacement performed by Dr. Z. Really liked how he took his time and had a great sense of what I wanted as a patient. Would most definitely recommend you see him for a shoulder and elbow issue.
