Dr. Welling is one of the kindest and most compassionate doctors I’ve ever met. He took the time to listen, didn’t rush through the appointment, and explained everything clearly. He made sure I was comfortable with the plan before moving forward, which meant a lot to me. Honestly, he’s probably the best doctor I’ve seen in a very, very long time. I highly recommend him.
I never thought I would say this about a surgeon - I am a better human being for interacting with Dr Welling. I know going forward that my treatment with him will get me better holistically.

Dr. Welling has done several surgeries on my hands. He is wonderful and explains what he recommends thoroughly always lets me watch! I love medicine so this is a plus. All the staff at the Day Surgery are warm and professional and I think highly of them all. Dr. Welling explains each thing as he performs it and I always have lots of questions.
