I received a referral to see Dr. Halligan for a lingering shoulder pain that I have had for quite some time. After my visit with Dr. Halligan, I was diagnosed with a common problem called Frozen Shoulder. It's now going through the thawing stages but he recommended physical therapy. I have also recently seen him to drain fluid from my right elbow. I was able to get an appointment right away to treat this.
