Absolute Worst! Husband came in on Saturday Jan 18th around 2:30 pm J-Tube fell out. Ben Theobald MD placed the old Tube back in my husband without even cleaning it. Had us there for 2 1/2 hours looking for a replacement J-Tube. The staff couldn't find one JTube in that enormous hospital. We had to wait an additional 1 1/2 hours to have a placement xray.
