Dr.Ben met with my Dad as a follow up to surgery performed a year ago. Dr. Ben was very engaged with my Dad, listened to him, went over his tests thoroughly, worked to explain the situation. Dr. Ben made us feel like my Dad was the only patient he had for the day. Dr. Ben took actions to follow up after discussions with the staff and he completed that action within several hours. The visit was excellent and my Dad felt that as well.
