Dr. Supnet dismissed my HRT concerns & symptoms, like he did with a coworker. My fitness drastically declined post-half marathon despite healthy habits. He ignored my symptoms and wanted to only treat if it appeared on my blood work. Estrogen can change on a daily basis so blood work is not an accurate way to treat perimenopause. I’ve always had a good experience here. They have been quick to get me in as needed and have responded fairly quickly to any requests. Their patient portal messages are helpful in keeping patients in-the-know.
Would not recommend, I’ve been coming to this office for a couple years now and do not like the staff at all. I called and made an appointment a week ago the woman I talked to on the phone was rude and was very unhelpful. I asked if she was able to send me a confirmation email or text with the appointment details and she said she was unable to do that and that I will get a text the day of my appointment.
