Exceptional in all regards. Dr. Benjamin and his staff made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. Administrative staff was very helpful. Would definitely reach out to them again if I needed another procedure.
Dr. Benjamin has done three root canals for me in the past 5 years. Very caring man. He understands my anxiousness about the drill and is so caring. He takes time to explain things. He offers television and other things to help calm you during the procedure which goes so much quicker than what I experienced as a child and young adult. I have had my share of root canal experiences. So thankful I now have him as my Entodintist.
Frankly was a nightmare experience. Bedside manner was extremely arrogant and rude, unwilling to further explain opinions or procedures. Dr. Benjamin’s ego was the biggest complaint I have. The offensive manner in which he approached every question was shocking, just such an adversarial demeanor. He completed the first half of a root canal then decided he didn’t want to do the second half. Most unprofessional thing I have encountered yet. Would not recommend
This professional is a genius! No pain, totally comfortable treatment - was in and out from my root canal in an hour. It’s not cheap, but worth the investment in one’s health.
