My siblings and I had lost our father about a year ago and asked Ben to help us with some things we needed done. We are still fairly young and weren’t sure how to go about any of this. Beware, Benjamin Smith is a thief and a liar. He will take your money, then fail to represent your interests. He will improperly file or outright fail to file appropriate documents and paperwork. Update: Written on behalf and with the permission of the client, a late, beloved, elderly parent, who didn’t deserve to be deceived and betrayed, as well as misrepresented, by people whom he trusted, including one or more law professionals, who should have cared more to avoid engaging in easily avoidable conflicts of interest.
