Ben is a real estate agent who treats his business like he belongs to the community. He helped us trim a tree in our yard. He brought a ladder and tools. He worked all hours and he thoughtfully educated us on how to buy a home, sell a home, and care for a home. He is remarkably relaxed and reliable. He maintains the relationship over the years with thoughtful communication about home care and tax responsibilities. Truly beyond average. If you thought customer service was dead think again.
Ben was my sister’s realtor and my friend’s realtor as well. I had no relationship to him when I started working with him to sell my father’s home. He immediately gave timely solutions, worked proactively, and ensured confidence.
