I didn’t meet Dr. Schneider for bariatric surgery. I met him on Mother’s Day 2024 when he saved my life. I came to UTSW hospital by way of ambulance from another hospital in Frisco because he was the only surgeon who would take a complicated case like mine. I had bariatric surgery over 20 years ago (another doctor ) and experienced a life threatening small bowel obstruction. Dr. Schneider was consulted and agreed to do the needed surgery to save me. Dr. Schneider exercises misrepresentation that is grossly contradictive. He and his staff of doctors tell you one thing one day and then renege on another day. Very poor practice, especially where integrity and honesty count. Do yourself a favor and consider bariatric surgery elsewhere, as there are plenty of other practices who honor their word and follow through with exactly what they tell you. Highly recommend. His entire team is amazing. They show compassion, Their very efficient and they explain in detail everything you may need to know. I love Dr. Schneider and his team.
