Dr Proto was very professional and kind throughout all my office visits and surgery. He always made sure your questions were answered. His medical assistants were pleasant to work with as well. If I have another foot issue(I hope I don’t) I would call Dr Proto.

Dr. Almeida has been my Dr. for over two years. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He is caring, detail oriented and brilliant, in my opinion. I have had several health issues and Dr. Almeida is always on top of everything. He always goes the extra mile. I feel protected and safe even when I am dealing with a challenging medical issue. Dr. Almeida is truly a Top Doc! The staff does a wonderful job of supporting Dr. Almeida. They are a pleasure to work with.

I'm so pleased to have made an appointment with Dr. Moore. I have found my new primary care doctor!!! She was wonderful. She listens, she takes her time and she truly cares. I was with my last doctor for the better part of 12 years before she relocated out of state. I never thought I'd find another doctor that I felt so comfortable with. I appreciate that Dr. Moore talked with me at not at me and she addressed all of my concerns. She's stuck with me now!!

Dr. Kostiner performed a Urolift (surgery) on me at Williamsburg Sentara Hospital on 9-9-25. I had to go to the local Emergency Room at 2AM that evening as a result of complications from this surgery. I'm upset because after surgery, in the discharge summary and paperwork, no phone number for an emergency on-call physician was provided. To make matters worse, the ER physician said she was unable to communicate with Dr. Kostiner because he didn't have privileges at Riverside Hospital where I had been admitted.And then to add ... read more

While complications can occur, we have a dedicated care team of six providers available when a surgeon isn’t. We also offer an after-hours number for urgent concerns. This Dr. doctor received a referral from my pcp and told my pcp he wouldn't even see me because there was nothing he could do for me. WTH? YOU HAVE NEVER MET ME, NOR SEEN THE ENTIRE CASE. ITS NO WONDER I LEFT ALL TPMG AFFILIATED PROVIDERS AND SERVICES. WHAT A DISGRACE TO THE AMERICAN HEALTH SYSTEM.
