Went there for info and parts, Jose', Caleb and Ms. Donna were super helpful in getting me what i needed... even if it was somewhere else. Unexpectedly SUPERIOR Customer Service. Highly recommend
Caleb & Jose are extremely knowledgeable and always to help me with odd fittings. I can describe any situation I may need help with and they always figure it iut fir me. Miss Donna runs a tight ship and keeps the store in check! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Best plumbing supply house in Sierra Vista.
The nice lady behind the counter was very knowledgeable. She knew what I needed just by looking at it. This place was my last option in town. I should have stopped here first as it would have saved me a lot of running around. It will definitely be my first stop next time.
I give them one star because there is no lower option. This place is at the bottom of the list after I exhaust all other local resources. They have never been helpful and the woman behind the counter has no customer service skills.
