Dr Marquez is a wonderful doctor, but the company he works for is all about profit. I can't contact the desk - EVER. They always shift me to an answering service. I've asked for my medical records and can't get them to send them to me. I filled out all the forms and gone into the office, to no avail. Do I have to get a lawyer just to get my records?
Have been going here for at least 5 years n I’m very happy to have found a great Dr n nurses
This office is terrible.. they do not get back to you even when you are waiting for extremely important test results! It’s been 10 days and MANY unanswered phone calls!
Dr. Marquez has always been excellent in every aspect I can think of coming from a patient with a multitude of chronic conditions.I rely on Dr. Marquez for his medical expertise as well aaas the Physicians he has referred me to,save one.I recommended Dr. Marquez to my own Mother when her main physician retired as well as my Aunt and Uncle,who have all been extremely satisfied
Excellent doctor
I have found that Dr. Marquez always takes the time to sit down and listen. His quiet demeanor results in a reassuring feeling. I've also noticed that his staff seems to be happy under his leadership. They've all been with him for many years which indicates a pleasant working environment for them.
Well run practice, Dr. Marquez and both Nurse Practitioners (Tanika & Melissa) great bedside manor, always willing to help. Staff at scheduling desk and nurses are very polite and efficient. Highly recommended.
Dr Marquez as a doctor is very good, I definetly recommend. The only problem s are the employees not customer Service oriented, they will out you on hold for a lo g time until you cut off the line. And hard to get appointment.
Made a new patient appointment 4 months ago. When asked to fill out paperwork for first appoint was told they don't have a website so it would have to be done in the office. Was NEVER told I must come in to pick up paperwork, fill it out and bring it back 3 days prior or appointment would be canceled. They confirmed appointment yesterday asked that I come in 15 minutes prior to fill out paperwork (normal with most real doctors). This morning I received a call that they canceled appointment.
