The service Dr. Lawless gave my family was very disappointing. He came in seeming interested in our concerns initially. However, we started to feel more and more that he was rushing us through the visit… almost as if he had figured it out already and just wanted to leave the room. The staff was rude and continuously sat people in an overcrowded waiting room. That had covid symptoms. We were here from 1130 to 430 before we were shown to a room. Meanwhile, no less than 3 wellstar employees were shown to a room after being in the urgent care for less than 5 minutes. I told the doctor what I thought was wrong with my daughter (and ended up being correct), and he acted like he was doing me a favor by giving her a strep test. It came back positive today at 430. We were seen on monday.
