If a NEGATIVE score could be given that would be the best option for Dr. Hanson and their Office Manager. For a doctor to find it necessary to be aggressive with his verbiage while going thru a procedure and then put his hands on any patient in a negative manner is absolutely NOT acceptable. Then to have the tech slap your arm down to wipe a tear just adds to this unacceptable behavior. Doctor Hanson and his team are so amazing!! I recently got an implant done and was very impressed with how well they treated me throughout the process. Sam made me so comfortable and she even called me the next day to check on me 😊. I would recommend him and his team to anyone!
