My mother’s PCP referred her to Dr. Kester for a sore shoulder that led to a swollen hand. He never introduced himself — she had to ask if he was the doctor. That set the tone for the visit. The visit lasted maybe 8 minutes, 10 if we’re being generous. He suggested calcification and offered options — drop the sling, use the arm, try PT, or get a shot — but made clear he didn’t think any of it was really necessary, leaving it entirely up to her. I Recently had a partial knee replacement with Dr. Kester. I was working long hours 4 days post op with minimal pain. He was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The post op radiography looked great and I am very pleased with the outcome and his surgical skills. Thank you.

I had a brief consultation with Dr. Benjamin Kester, but unfortunately, it was not helpful. The information he provided lacked detail and clarity. He advised me to go home and consider my options. As a result, I am now seeking a second opinion since I did not receive enough information to make an informed decision. I would not recommend Dr. Kester to my friends and family.
