I had a problem with the refrigerator in my unit. I submitted a maintenance request and they jumped on it. I am very satisfied. They are good people to work with.
3/7/25 update: I had to take away a star because of my most recent experience. Josh showed up and made the initial repair SO quickly. He was awesome, as always! I thought the water heater needed replacing, but he was able to save some money and repair the unit! The second part of the repair, I was hoping Josh would have come out, but a new repairman came out, and he left marks on the walls, tracked paint throughout my apartment floor without cleaning it up, and left wet paint on the grass outside for me to dodge! I will have to say I have been through a lot and I have never rented from a rental place before but because of things that happen to me it landed me with being with a rental place Benjamin James is the most awesome place to rent from they have been so sweet and kind to me and help me with the process to be able to get a place with them also if there is any work to the home that needs to be repaired they are right on it right away again thank you all so much. 😊
Let me start off by saying my two newest friends, Susan and Lilia are great they help me with all my problems. They’re very respectful and I encourage anybody to come and check these two ladies out. They help me get into a beautiful property. Listen, don’t take my word for it. Go see them for yourself and I guarantee you will leave out with a smile.
Good experience renting from Benjamin James properties. I had a great year living in one of their houses.
