While I'm sure Dr. Miller is an excellent surgeon, his bedside manner is horrible. He doesn't introduce himself to the patient or accompanying family members. Shows no gestures of kindness, compassion or a sense of humor. As typical with many physicians in an academic setting who are high up in their field, he is completely full of himself.
