Long wait time in lobby area before being called back. Then waited 10 minutes before seeing the PA. A few more minutes before I saw Dr Widmar. He spent time going over my shoulder issues and suggested therapy and steroid injections. Since I had done a lot of injections last year with my ortho in St George, the decision was made to do a total reverse shoulder surgery.
Our experience was great. The staff was very professional. Everything ran on time and it was very organized. We really have no complaints.
Efficient-did things right more significant they were effective- did the right things not easy to find in today’s world.
