I saw Dr. Henkle just a few weeks ago. First, I told him I can’t keep dealing with the pain I have and I just want to be out of pain. He completely disregarded what I said and told me “Well you’ve been living with it for this long. What can I do?” You’re a doctor. Do your job. He was not professional and had no empathy. Saw him at urgent care in Tewksbury,MA. I have an ongoing issue and even after reading my history he refused to treat me with an antibiotic. He’d rather send me to sit in the ER for hours for something that has been diagnosed many times previously and easily treated with an antibiotic. This is why ER’s are so busy. I have never been treated so poorly by a physician. I have been to this urgent care for myself and my children and never seen this doctor or had an issues there. My brother and I went to Urgent Care in Dracut with our 92 year old mother who had a fall last evening. Dr. Kareores was wonderful. Kind, caring and very thorough in his examination of our mom. We need more health care providers like him!
Doctor Hinkel didn't listen to my main complaint, focused on a secondary complaint. When shown previously proven to work treatment, it was instantly disregarded and doctor went on a rant that such wasn't a treatment for my secondary pain complaint, but it had for years worked for my #1 pain complaint, but was still dismissed as something he wouldn't use as treatment. Dr.Henkel is one of the best I have ever seen.He cares about his patients,And looks for the best care he can give you.I have been going to Dr.Henkel for 4 years and no other doctor could help me.I am so happy to have him for my back.He never gives up look for way to help you.I will always go to Dr.Henkel for my back.I will always recommend him to anyone that I know .I am writing this review for anyone that is look for good care.
I was diagnosed with ms in 2014 I started going to dr Henkels office almost 3 years now and can’t be happier i now have a brace Afo I was sent to physical therapy at north east rehab in Chelmsford and the therapist set me up with the brace I’m great full for every staff member that helps me out I feel very well taken care of all my questions and concerns are addressed I would definitely recommend the pain management center and Dr Henkel
I have been seeing Dr Govindin for the past several years for a heart condition. He is very professional, knowledgeable, considerate, and caring. I would recommend him to anyone with a heart condition requiring attention.. The office staff has always been very professional as well.

Dr. Marinelli is a very thorough. I am a person with a lot of questions but when he explains processes and procedures literally all my questions have already been answered by the way he explains everything. He leaves nothing out and he explains it in a way that makes it easy to understand. He is very patient and caring and spends the necessary time needed to make sure you are comfortable. He's an excellent Dr. and I recommend him highly.
