Frank came in and saved the day.!!! AMAZING SERVICE! After our furnace was out for almost a week waiting for a new part. It came up with a new issue. I live in the country outside Billings, called multiple places here in, we were left with no help. I called Frank and he helped me with little wait time OVER THE PHONE!!! I sent him some pictures of what my furnace looked and he was able to tell me STEP BY STEP what to do. It was so great. I would 100% recommend his service! You won't find another like him out there.

Absolutely fantastic service from. Geoffrey is very good at communicating when he will arrive, is friendly and professional, and clearly explains both the problem and solution. He guarantees the work and is clearly knowledgeable. We've had them out twice this winter and won't hesitate to call them for all of our HVAC needs.

Frank came out on a Saturday within an hour of my mother calling in. He got her heating system up and working and showed her what needed to be done. He also called her Saturday night to make sure the heat was still up and running. Highly recommend Frank and his company!

Extremely fast and courteous. Benjamin was awesome as were the two techs installing my new system. They were knowledgeable and were able to quickly workaround any curves my antique system threw at them. I can't speak highly enough for everyone I've had the pleasure of dealing with at Benjamin Heating & Cooling for life.
