Avoid this doctor. I was referred to Dr. Benjamin Hasan for back pain since he practices sports medicine. I scheduled an initial consultation with him, which his office promised me would be a regular specialist $50 copay appointment, with my health insurance agent on the phone to confirm the appointment code. I met with him at his office for around 5 minutes, and I did not get much out of it. He asked me about my pain and where it is, and the first thing he suggested to me was that I take pain killers. Dr Hasan is absolutely wonderful. Great bedside manner, extremely knowledgeable, and very responsive/easy to work with.
