Unfortunately he doesn't know how to configure assumable mortgages within the listing sale of a property. Though he was advised how they work, he never followed up on researching the issue as well as not writing down the information. I bought a house in Minneapolis and Ben was the agent representing the seller. We originally agreed on their asking price but required some things to be taken care of. The seller signed the agreement, then didn't fulfill his obligations. We had to hook up our own washer (it leaks because of the sellers cheap fix) and dryer. The fridge that came with the house was malfunctioning but they never tested to see if it works.
