Benjamin had made my family and me miserable around the death of my mother. He arranged my mother's powers of attorney to benefit her husband, who happens to have been Ben's client. He then refused to acknowledge our emails to direct us towards my mother's lawyer to benefit his other client. Benjamin made my family and me miserable after the death of my mother and during the probate proceedings. He refused to cooperate or disclose information because he also represented my mother's husband during prenuptial arrangements. I would encourage you to not put your trust in someone so quick to engage in conflicts of interest.
