Can't say enough about the professionalism and customer service. We had a In emergency over the weekend and kept getting the run around with another major plumbing company that we have used multiple times. Made one phone call to Benjamin Franklin and they immediately got us scheduled and taken care of. John Axford with them is a gem. He is professional, concise and personable and took care of us quickly. Thanks to them, what started out as a stressful event became something we didn't even have to worry about.

Accidentally fried my water heater and called Benjamin Franklin for help. They were able to come out the next day (Ernesto) and gave me several options to either fix it or replace. Also found some installation issues with the old one which could have flooded my house. Decided to replace since I didn't know how much damage was on the inside. Ernesto was able to get this done the same day. Going to have them come out again to do some of our planned home improvement projects next week. Fast, friendly, and very professional. And I very much like the 60+ day warranty on my clean-out service. Other places may offer slightly lower prices, but it doesn't matter when the folks at Ben Franklin in Whitehouse were the only company to actually anawer the phone after hours. The cost is very much worth the piece of mind and the quality service
