Keevon was the best. He explained thoroughly what issue was. THere was NO fake selling me anything new or anything. He came ontime. Cleaned up after repair work. And was polite and was very approachable. Great work Benjamin Franklin for having such good techician on staff

Keevon from Bejamin Franklin Plumbing was able to take care of a water leak under my garage that had caused my bill to sky-rocket for two consecutive months. He explained in detail what needed to be done when he came out to survey the property. After a few hiccups, he was able to take care of everything that was needed and even came back and took care of a few other things to ensure everything was working properly.

UPDATE: I had an issue with the previous work that was done. I won't go into the details here but I want to speak on the integrity of the owner (Austin) of the Marietta location. I addressed my concerns to Austin and he responded with a follow- up call. His professionalism and display of integrity was refreshing as he worked with me on making the situation right. Quick to respond! I had a basement sewer pump conk out and Shelby was on-site very quickly. He was patient and explained my options without being pushy.
