Iris did an amazing job completing my service request. I recently had a new refrigerator delivered that did not require a water line. She was able to safely disconnect my water line and install an isolation valve. Iris walked me through every step of the process. She worked quickly and diligently. We recently got a tankless water heater and the whole team took great care of us! After our originally water heater busted after almost 20 years, causing some damage, we reached out to Benjamin Franklin who took excellent care of us! The piece of mind knowing that we won’t have gallons of water exploding in our attic is enough to invest in a tankless. The company is very responsive and communicative. I received updates on when my plumber would arrive and who to expect to arrive. Jorge did a great job giving us an estimate of the work to be done and what to expect. Iris was absolutely amazing helping us through the process of understanding what was wrong and how it needed to be repaired. She was very patient with our questions; she arrived promptly as promised; she made sure everything went smoothly and was completed efficiently. Iris is the BEST!!
