I just bought a house and had plumbing issues that didn’t come up on the home inspection. I chose Benjamin Franklin because they were very personable and friendly compared to the other companies I talked to, Lauren was amazing! Brandon and his partner came out and took a look at everything. They didn’t make me feel dumb or pressured as if they were just trying to upsell me something. Lance and his helper did a fabulous job. They we're very courteous, friendly and Left no mess. I was very satisfied with the job that they did.

This is my second time using these guys- they do great work! Honest and straightforward. No frills or bs just here’s the issue, he’s what we would charge. Also let me know that I might be able to get it done cheaper via who did the work initially- I have absolutely 0 complaints

I want to say thank you to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Sherman Texas and Lance Morton. Lance had the responsibility of installing two new water heaters, replacing two toilets, replacing water pipes in two bathrooms as well as new faucets in the sinks. You can tell Lance genuinely cares about doing the job correctly with a high degree of knowledge and professionalism. I will definitely call this company and request Lance when I need plumbing work done at my house. .

Brandon and Nate were super friendly AND very patient. They assessed the water leak issues and provided amazing information on the repairs. Would definitely recommend this company for repairs. They will be number 1 for ALL of my plumbing needs! Thanks to Michelle as well for the amazing communication and willingness to provide assistance!
