Lance and his helper were EXTREMELY Professional, respectful and MOST IMPORTANT... TRUTHFUL!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to ALL and NOT JUST VETERANS that need minor or major plumbing done!!!!! Especially ask for Lance out of Decatur.

I just bought a house and had plumbing issues that didn’t come up on the home inspection. I chose Benjamin Franklin because they were very personable and friendly compared to the other companies I talked to, Lauren was amazing! Brandon and his partner came out and took a look at everything. They didn’t make me feel dumb or pressured as if they were just trying to upsell me something.
