I was very pleased with the service from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Justin was on time, a little early in fact, and communicated clearly. I live in a bit of a remote area and was concerned with finding a plumber that would provide service at my location. No problem with Ben Franklin. As a first time customer my only caution is that this is not an inexpensive option. All pricing was communicated in advance so I knew exactly what the charges would be.

Benjamin Franklin came out to fix two leaking toilets. Syres was very friendly, professional and courteous. He showed us the issues we were having and fixed the issues quickly and neatly! Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend .

Micah did a very professional job and was only on site for 1.5 hours. I would guess he had about 1 hour of travel time and I don’t know what your mileage rate is. He also had “helper” with him who really didn’t contribute a lot but I am assuming that he is a trainee. I am no please with the flat rate charge of $1215 labor for this relatively short period of time on the job. Shout out to Justin for being punctual despite some hiccups, he was very patient when he had to wait for the city workers to turn the water on and off. While he was working on his project, he never failed to inform homeowners of every step along the way. I'm very please and satisfied with the service provided. He deserves recognition.
