Brandon has went above and beyond to help us understand our problem every step of the way. Brian came today and did the repair of our slab leak and was quick and put everything back as was as best he could. Brandon stopped by as well to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this company!
Brandon and Nate were super friendly AND very patient. They assessed the water leak issues and provided amazing information on the repairs. Would definitely recommend this company for repairs. After multiple calls for same day emergency service, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing answered the call. Brandon arrived (earlier than expected, which is good), took care of the issue at hand in a timely manner. After discussing w/ him our water situation (we have a well system) he offered some suggestions and even provided a couple of quotes for our well. Will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for any future needs/services.
Brandon and Nate were great! Honest and service was great quality. Very fair pricing. We had one new valve for a toilet line, new fill valve for a toilet, garbage disposal replaced and drain and clean out inspections.
This is my second time using these guys- they do great work! Honest and straightforward. No frills or bs just here’s the issue, he’s what we would charge. Also let me know that I might be able to get it done cheaper via who did the work initially- I have absolutely 0 complaints
