I had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Dover. From the first phone call, the customer service was excellent, professional, and very helpful. The technician who came to my house, Sean, was outstanding. He was on time, polite, professional, and explained everything clearly. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumbing company.

Shaun installed a new hot water heater for us and did an excellent job. The estimate was better than a previous one we received. He has 25 years of experience as a plumber and I felt comfortable with his recommendations. Would recommend him and the Benjamin Franklin company.

Jack, Jake, and Danny were a great team. They complimented each other and worked together seamlessly. Their professionalism and attention to detail and my home was above any other professional that came into my home. Jack’s knowledge can us several choices and we are extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship we received. We will definitely cal Ben Franklin again.
