Absolutely recommend! Very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. Explained everything they were doing and why, stayed late the first day just to make sure we had hot water for the night. Jeff and his team are fantastic!!!

Shawn was wonderful. He is so knowledgeable and smart, and I am very grateful for his expertise. I feel very blessed to have such a good caring company. We hired Ben Franklin and One Hour Plumbing to purchase and install a new water heater for us. The two plumbers that they sent were Shawn and Ronnie. Both of them were friendly, courteous, and extremely conscientious about keeping our condo clean through the staging of the new water heater, the installation, and the removal of the old water heater. The 2 gentlemen that came out were very friendly and professional. They worked very quickly to get our new well pump put in and working perfectly. Jeffery and Cayden were great!! Highly recommended.
