Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is the ONLY plumbing company to call in the Wilmington area! I had a serious plumbing problem, and they sent their repairman that same evening! Everything was good-as-new by the next morning. Half of the problem was on the "City Side" of things, and they coordinated extremely well together! I would never call anyone else!
Absolurely outstanding service. The whole stressful experience of a broken water line was made a lot easier. From the initial contact with the company to Eric's work everything was great. Reasonable service call fee, immediate quote, great work above and beyond, and a reasonable fee for all the work. Eric is efficient, explains everything, cleans up after all the work, and is so nice. My husband and I are very happy.
