I purchased 3 new toilets. Gerardo Quiroz of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did a phenomenal job installing them! All my issues were addressed. He wore shoe covers, left my bathrooms clean, and removed ALL the debris (even the large boxes the toilets came in!) I highly recommend!!

I called Benjamin Franklin for a busted valve I needed to have replaced ASAP. Gerardo arrived at our home within 2 hours and had everything fixed and cleaned up in 3. He was very nice, worked cleanly and efficiently and obviously knew exactly what he was doing! The service was top notch. I will absolutely call Benjamin Franklin again for any plumbing issues in the future. Thanks again Gerardo!

Zion was great. He was professional, relatable and knowledgeable. It turned out that my equipment was too old and he had to go get a couple pieces to fix it. The price I paid was reasonable because I only made the appointment 2 days prior, he had to get some equipment and frankly I lack the skills to do it myself. Thanks so much for fixing my leak, I'll be calling again if/ when needed!

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is the best. They took time to understand what my real issue was. My water heater wasn't working. It was fixed with the understanding that my water heater is 14 years old. Most water heaters last only 9 years. They explained that at some point it would have to be replaced. However I don't have the money right now but we went ahead and scheduled it for end of June. They are super friendly and very honest, much appreciated and thank you.😁

Called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to look at my several-years-old tankless water heater and see if it needs any maintenance work. The two technicians who came out were extremely professional and knowledgeable and advised me that despite the age of the unit, since it still works fine it’s best to just leave it alone … if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
