Benjamin Franklin came immediately after calling them! Their customer service from the get go was outstanding. Eric came to the house and performed an outstanding work, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! They are great to work with, will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues!

I was in panick mode when I discovered our water tank was leaking. Our prior residence water tank was under the house but as our family grew we established a new home in 2005 with the water heater being in a room in the basement so the urgency was intense. Fantastic experience with Holly Springs Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. After our old water heater sprung a leak, we chose them based on posted reviews. After sending in a request we received a super fast phone call and a new heater was installed the very next morning. Chris Jackson was outstanding in every way——called in advance, explained everything and answered all questions, and was extremely friendly and professional. We will absolutely use them for plumbing needs in the future, and you should too.

Had a really great experience with these plumbers recently. From the first call to the final fix, everything went smoothly. Maribel, the GM, was super helpful—friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in making sure things run right. She kept me informed and made the whole process easy. Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking for quality plumbing work without the headache.

Your tech, Eric, called to let me know he was on the way, arrived when expected, explained the work he planned to do in a friendly/polite way and effectively got the work done. All good. Second service involved replacing 3 sink faucets. Seriously appreciate communication and work approach Gerardo exhibited.
