I called Benjamin Franklin for a busted valve I needed to have replaced ASAP. Gerardo arrived at our home within 2 hours and had everything fixed and cleaned up in 3. He was very nice, worked cleanly and efficiently and obviously knew exactly what he was doing! The service was top notch. I will absolutely call Benjamin Franklin again for any plumbing issues in the future. Thanks again Gerardo!
Really great experience with this plumber. We had a leak under our sink that started the day before a long weekend and weren't sure we could get anybody out. Called Benjamin Franklin and they were able to send somebody out the next morning. Gerardo was prompt polite and experienced and fixed our leak quickly. I would highly recommend them
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is the best. They took time to understand what my real issue was. My water heater wasn't working. It was fixed with the understanding that my water heater is 14 years old. Most water heaters last only 9 years. They explained that at some point it would have to be replaced. However I don't have the money right now but we went ahead and scheduled it for end of June. They are super friendly and very honest, much appreciated and thank you.😁
Zion was great. He was professional, relatable and knowledgeable. It turned out that my equipment was too old and he had to go get a couple pieces to fix it. The price I paid was reasonable because I only made the appointment 2 days prior, he had to get some equipment and frankly I lack the skills to do it myself. Thanks so much for fixing my leak, I'll be calling again if/ when needed!
I had Benjamin Franklin come to my house and unclog my drain and they did an amazing job! From start to finish they informed me on what was going on and what to do so it wouldn’t happen again. They were very professional, thorough and clean. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends in Holly Springs!
