Zion was great. He was professional, relatable and knowledgeable. It turned out that my equipment was too old and he had to go get a couple pieces to fix it. The price I paid was reasonable because I only made the appointment 2 days prior, he had to get some equipment and frankly I lack the skills to do it myself. Thanks so much for fixing my leak, I'll be calling again if/ when needed!

Amazing experience. They sent a technician out to look at our hot water tank within an hour of us calling. Our hot water tank was replaced the same day. All technicians were kind and professional. They took great care of my house to ensure there was no damage and we are extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend.

Gerardo and Zion were amazing! Start to finish they were polite and very professional. They did a great job and made sure everything was cleaned up. We will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again!

Gerardo and crew were fantastic! They came and put down coverings on the rugs/floors, covered areas around where they worked, fixed our issue, and then cleaned everything up afterwards leaving our place as clean as it was when they arrived. They clearly communicated the situation and were timely and effective in their work. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Gerardo and his assistant, Zion, did a great job. Quickly, professionally, courteously, and communications were clear and timely. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and in particular Gerardo, for your plumbing needs. Just had Gerardo from BFP back to replace the PRV on my main. He was courteous, prompt, and professional. And, I like the fact that he replaced the gate valves (knob type and cheap builder solution) with proper shut-off valves (lever type).
