Fantastic experience with Holly Springs Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. After our old water heater sprung a leak, we chose them based on posted reviews. After sending in a request we received a super fast phone call and a new heater was installed the very next morning. Chris Jackson was outstanding in every way——called in advance, explained everything and answered all questions, and was extremely friendly and professional. We will absolutely use them for plumbing needs in the future, and you should too.
I was in panick mode when I discovered our water tank was leaking. Our prior residence water tank was under the house but as our family grew we established a new home in 2005 with the water heater being in a room in the basement so the urgency was intense.
