Francisco Vega was not only knowledgeable and answered every one of my questions. I also felt he was very honest and thorough and he even cleaned up after himself, which is a rarity.
Francisco was awesome! Very helpful and upfront about the service and costs. Went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything completely. Highly recommend this company.
I cannot think Francisco Vega, of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing enough! When I realized my water heater broke and left water all over my garage they came out right away. I tried a couple other plumbers to get help. They were professional, explained what needed to be done and got everything under control quickly.. their prompt response saved me from even more damage and they made a stressful Saturday morning so much easier. Highly recommend.
