My experience with Mrs. Michaels has been great. Especially with the HVAC team. Everyone I’ve met from the company including whoever answers the phones has been very professional and friendly.
They were amazing!! My mom was just recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and can no longer work. They told is that she could may payments if needed, which immediately took some of the stress off. Regardless we had an electric issue and an issue with our furnace. They sent out Maurice for the electric and was an easy fix and was charged the service fee. Then he immediately got on the phone and called their HVAC to come over and take care of the furnace. He was there within two hour's. They waved the service fee for the HVAC... read more
Why would you make your slogan "No creepy guys"? That's not very professional and I find it sexist.
Everything was great. The guys were very polite about everything. I will definitely be using your company in the future for other items that are needed. Jamie and Mike definitely helped Brogan learn quite a bit. Thanks for all the help with everything your company has done for us.
Ben is a great guy, very professional. But he could not find my power issue. He was here for a couple hours. He gave me a few solutions for a temporary fix but not knowing the cause would be a bigger waste of money. I was charged $509 and my issue was not fixed. My poer was still out when he left. $509 is the diagnostic fee but I didn't get a diagnosis. Maybe 1/2 of that cost would be fair for his time. Unhappy in the dark.
