I called in today for a spring air conditioner check up in April 2026. Right off the bat the gentleman to I needed to renew my “service agreement “. I told him I would take wife about the service agreement but I wanted to make the appointment for April. He told me he did think he could do the he would have. That was enough for me. I have been using his company back when they another company. Now it’s all about more and more money. I will find a different company I’m done!
A water valve broke in my basement on a Friday evening. Water was spraying everywhere, so I had to shut off the main water supply. Francis was able to come out within one hour, and he fixed it quickly. Highly recommended!
