Excellent service and communication!
WH Maintenance call. Provided advice/risks regarding the process based on the age of the WH (13 years old and never been flushed). Discussed replacement options and cost (I knew that I was “on borrowed time” with regard to life of WH). Came to an acceptable price quote based on heater/service/warranty. Heater will be installed tomorrow. Once again excellent service.
