Wayne, Anthony and Pablo do superior work!! Very personable! Left the place clean! They are an asset to the company!! Also want to add Danny Tehrani. He was so patient with me trying to register my heater

The two who came out were punctual and polite, and got right to work. Communication was great during the job but they ghosted me afterward. My hot water pressure was half the cold pressure but they wouldn't respond to texts or emails. Tried for a month to get someone to come back and look, or at least let us know if we can adjust it ourselves somehow. All I ever got after the job was one request to leave a review, so here it is.
I recently used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing San Jose and was impressed by their friendliness, efficiency, reliability, and timeliness. The technician arrived right on schedule, explained everything clearly. Top 3 things I loved: 1) Friendly service 2) Efficient and thorough work 3) Reliable, on‑time arrival. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs. Wayne called when on his way.
