Our community had a group deal for heater flushing and descaling maintenance service. I scheduled it on Nov 15th. The service I had was just the heater tank got emptied in less than 5 minutes. I even questioned “how was the descaling being done by just emptying the tank?” The technician said the emptying did include it. I was not happy. It ended up I was not charged. So, I forgave him.
