I had been without heat or hot water since Easter. I had two previous companies come in and tell me I needed a new furnace. One was going to be $20,000. One was going to be $18,000. I called Benjamin Franklin told them what had happened to my furnace. There was black smoke coming out of it. Turn it off because it wasn't good. 1 star at the best. They wasted our time this Monday without showing up on the appointment.
If I could give them a zero *'s I would. They wasted our time all day on Friday and today waiting for them. They fail to communicate as promised and just don't show up. Completed and utter disregard for customers' time. They blame this behavior on emergencies but let's cut to the chase, they are COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNRELIABLE!!!
Matt and Jack just completed their second job for us. They replaced a cartridge on our bathroom sink and did a toilet tank rebuild. Both jobs were completed professionally and very fast. There have been zero problems with the work, which was of the highest caliber. In addition, both guys are friendly and easy to work with. The costs were very reasonable and lower than I found elsewhere. I can’t say enough about how good this team and company are. I will definitely call them again for future work.
